By embracing sustainable design principles, our commercial spaces are carefully crafted to reduce energy consumption. We maximize natural lighting and ventilation, utilize energy-efficient appliances, and employ advanced insulation techniques to minimize both heating and cooling expenses. With lower energy bills, you'll see a substantial reduction in operational costs, leading to increased profits and long-term financial sustainability.

Studies have shown that well-designed, sustainable commercial spaces have a positive impact on employee well-being and productivity. By integrating biophilic design, we create a connection with nature, incorporating greenery and natural elements that reduce stress, increase creativity, and improve overall mental health. Our spaces are also optimized for proper acoustics, air quality, and ergonomic workstations, ensuring a harmonious workplace that inspires productivity and fosters employee satisfaction
Rachel designed many schools in her past, but had a particularly large hand in this design at Edy Elementary and Middle School during her tenure at Dull Olson Weekes Architects
