Manzanita Vacation Home

This home rests above the water in the Manzanita neighborhood on Vashon Island. This home is all about drama with high contrast, from the modern and traditional finishes to the contrasting colors, textures, and fun retro twists.

Our role:

• Complete design of kitchen, three baths, living space, recreational space, office space, wine room, guest bed, master suite, and laundry room, working with existing parameters.

• Major alterations took place in the master bathroom to include removal of walls and rebuilding of space), kitchen, and basement bath/laundry room.

• Finish and fixture selection throughout home (Furnishings provided by owner).

• Construction administration and build collaboration between Waldron designs build crew and Trace Baron Construction.
