As you know, Sean completed the on-site visit this week and gathered great insight into your property—what an incredible space to build on! During the visit, Justin mentioned connecting with a former King County drainage department employee who may be able to provide the necessary site information. That’s a strong lead, and following up on it could save you time on research.

At this stage, we’re just waiting on the site research and documentation Justin planned to provide, as collecting these details now will help ensure a smooth start to the design phase and prevent any delays later in the process.

Once we receive that information, we’ll finalize the program and move into schematic design!
