Contractor Coordination & Design Finalization in Progress

Hi Erin,

It was great seeing y’all on the ferry over the weekend! Sorry if I was a little groggy, it had been quite a long day!

Thank you for your patience as we work through the coordination phase of your kitchen project. Here's where we stand this week.

Current Progress:

  • Sent outreach and follow-up emails to contractors and are awaiting responses to confirm interest and availability timelines

  • Actively coordinating with our plumbing representatives on product selections

  • Finalizing design drawings in our new software system (no additional charge for this software transition)

  • Implementing the revisions/finishes we discussed during our recent meeting

Current Timeline Update:

While we initially discussed a 2-week timeline, we're finding that contractors need a bit more time to respond (as we anticipated). We're pushing to hear back from all sources by the end of this week so we can implement updates and provide you with revised drawings early to mid-next week.

Available Now:

  • We have the documents with notes from last week's discussion available for your review in your shared folder here.

  • The updated software drawings are pending final appliance detail confirmation to ensure complete accuracy.

What We're Managing:

  • All contractor coordination and follow-up

  • Product selection verification with our representatives

  • Drawing updates and revisions

No Action Needed:

We're handling all coordination efforts directly, so you can sit back while we manage these details.

We appreciate your understanding as we ensure all details are perfectly coordinated before moving forward.

Warm regards,

Rachel Waldron

Waldron Designs was founded by Rachel Waldron (that’s me!). in 2013.

I am so happy designing that it is not unusual to catch me in a giggle as I rev up to do my work. I think of my designs the way that I think of my children- each is unique and has their own personality. It is my job to nurture them and help them grow, not define them.

I got my bachelor's degree in interior design from Washington State University - a CIDA-accredited school - in 2005, immediately moved into a leadership position and have continued designing with passion.

I received my MBA in Marketing in 2012 and launched Waldron Designs in 2013. When I am not designing, you will find me enjoying my precious time with my husband and two spectacular children.
