Project on hold - Waiting for septic and engineering information

Hi Jennifer,

We wanted to give you a clear update on where we stand with your project and what needs to happen next.

Here's the current status: We've completed all the architectural work we can do at this stage. The permit documents are as far as we can take them from a design perspective, and they're ready to move forward once we have the missing pieces.

What we're waiting for: We need the septic and engineering information to complete the permit submission. Without these critical components, we cannot proceed with the architectural drawings or move toward permit application.

What happens next: Once you provide the septic and engineering details, we can immediately finalize the permit documents and get them submitted. Until then, the project is essentially on hold from our end.

Team news: Starting October 1st, Nicole joins us as office manager! She'll be helping with project coordination and you may start seeing her name on @waldrondesigns communications as she gets integrated. This additional support will help us move quickly once we have what we need from you.

We want to make sure we're all on the same page about the timeline - we're ready to jump back in when you get us that septic and engineering information. The ball is entirely in your court right now.
