Moving Forward with Coordination

Hey Jennifer,

Hope you had a great weekend! Just wanted to touch base on where we're at with the Heights project.

Current Status: Sean is working on the presentation materials for your fundraising efforts, along with the permit documentation. We're coordinating everything to support your timeline.

Pardon the semi-generic surroundings, but I wanted to put together something for you to use for visualizing and sharing the concept of the cash wrap :)

Upcoming Check-ins:

  • Our scheduled check-in on September 8th

Pollard Coffee Update: We had a productive meeting with the Pollard team. It sounds like there are a few coordination items between you and them that need to be sorted before they're ready to move forward with their design phase.

This is the material I was suggesting for the pickle shelves. It’s translucent, letting light through, comes in all kinds of finishes, and you won’t have to worry about glass breaking/scratching. The image is a link to the manufacturer page :)

A Little Design Inspiration: I've been thinking about the interior possibilities for Heights and wanted to share some inspiration images that capture what I envisioned for the space based on what we talked about. I'll include these with some notes about my suggestions - sometimes a visual can spark new ideas and help further the direction you’re heading.

Looking forward to our first September check-in,

Rachel

Waldron Designs was founded by Rachel Waldron (that’s me!). in 2013.

I am so happy designing that it is not unusual to catch me in a giggle as I rev up to do my work. I think of my designs the way that I think of my children- each is unique and has their own personality. It is my job to nurture them and help them grow, not define them.

I got my bachelor's degree in interior design from Washington State University - a CIDA-accredited school - in 2005, immediately moved into a leadership position and have continued designing with passion.

I received my MBA in Marketing in 2012 and launched Waldron Designs in 2013. When I am not designing, you will find me enjoying my precious time with my husband and two spectacular children.
