Structural coordination is moving forward smoothly, and Robert is finalizing details as we prepare drawings for permit submission. With Burien’s simplified requirements, we’re able to streamline the process and focus on wrapping up the remaining plan revisions.

The interior elevations and interior details will be the focus of this week’s work, as well as the finalization of the reflected ceiling plan. Rachel will keep an eye out for your note on the K2 Stone selection for coordination with K2.

We have our plan set for permit application in 3 weeks!
