Great progress this week! With the structural direction confirmed, the project is moving along nicely. Your selection of the steel beam has set the design course, and Robert has verified the ceiling-joist conditions to ensure everything aligns structurally.

As you know, Robert will move forward finalizing drawings based on the beam choice once pricing details are complete. Rachel also sent over examples of recessed versus recommended lighting options—when you have a moment, please let us know your preference so we can keep those details coordinated.
