Hi Amy and David,

We’ve continued preparing the elements we can for permit submittal, including early work on the application forms. At this stage, we’re waiting on your structural and mechanical direction so we can finalize the roof, floor framing, and mechanical approach.

Once we receive your decisions, the remaining coordination with Watkins Engineering and the mechanical consultant can move forward, and we can confirm the target mid-December permit timeline.

Please note: Our office will be closed next Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. We hope you enjoy this time with family and friends!
