We’re currently awaiting the SIP quotes from Todd Bell. This follows your recent virtual meeting, during which roof and flooring items were discussed, along with next steps for truss coordination. Sean also met with Wade from Watkins Engineering to confirm civil items on their end.

As soon as the SIP direction is finalized, we’ll continue coordinating the remaining doors, hardware, and plumbing details to keep drawings moving toward permit readiness.
