Cabinet Pricing - ESTIMATES (updated 8/20)
Hi Team,
I wanted to add the cabinet estimates for you, space by space, as I develop that pricing. This pricing includes the inserts we discussed (pull out corner cabinet, roll-out shelves in pantries, garbage/recycle built-in) as well as under-cabinet lighting. Before we finalize any orders, I will ask the manufacturer to review the drawings with the orders for confirmation, so there is potential for a bit of wiggle. These preliminary numbers do not include shipping or tax:

Kitchen: $25,619.77 (does not include paneled refrigerator- I need to discuss with the manufacturer in terms of how to add this piece to the order).
Pantry: $7240.77
Powder: $1375.84
Main Level Master: $1058.05
Mud/Laundry: $6852.40*
*accessories had been listed separately so there was an additional amount unseen previously

UPPER LEVEL CABINETRY ESTIMATES
22.1 MASTER BATH: $2493.52
23 BATHROOM: $1338.01
26 BATHROOM: $920.16
27 LAUNDRY: $4099.56
UPPER LEVEL TOTAL: $8852.25**
GRAND TOTAL FOR ALL CABINETRY: $49,567.86**
**I suggest adding 15-20% until I’ve had this reviewed and finalized for contingency. Regardless, the full home of cabinetry is what most people pay for a kitchen alone. Yay!
