Phase 1: 20 Years of Vetting & Trusted Relationships

Long before your project even begins, our sourcing process is already at work. Over the last two decades, we’ve spent thousands of hours researching manufacturers, vetting supply chains, and building long-term relationships with product representatives.

We’ve worked through the bad experiences, the companies with poor service, hidden toxic ingredients, or unreliable warranties, so that you don't have to. Today, we work exclusively with trusted, highly experienced product reps who hold the highest level of product knowledge and genuinely have our clients' best interests at heart (not just making the biggest sale). When a technical question arises on site, our reps are on speed dial to help us solve it instantly. Phase 2: Design Principles First, Aesthetics Second

We never select a finish simply because it "looks good" or because we have a "good eye." Every single material is chosen because it actively carries the design concept of your space.

A finish is never selected simply because it "looks good"—it’s chosen because it directly translates your home’s Design Concept into real life, honors your health via The Waldron Score, and fits your exact spatial parameters. But behind every flawless tile layout, custom faucet rough-in, and non-toxic wood sample is a dedicated network of expert product representatives working quietly behind the scenes.

The aesthetic is intentional, not accidental or a “quick pick”.

Phase 3: The Waldron Score & Technical Vetting

Once we know the design direction, we cross-reference products against our proprietary, data-driven framework: The Waldron Score.

• Health & Non-Toxicity: We prioritize products that meet our GOLD criteria, looking for verified Declare Labels (Red List Free), Health Product Declarations, and zero-VOC finishes to protect your indoor air quality.

• Material Integrity: We look for FSC-certified woods, natural fibers, and heirloom durability built for a 25+ year lifecycle.

• Technical & Spatial Fit: We evaluate safety ratings, wet-room compatibility, scale, and slip resistance.

Phase 4: Implementation & Technical Detail Drawings

As we place selections into your preliminary layout, we evaluate them from every 360-degree angle. How does this tile look from the hallway? How does this flooring transition into the next room? Is the height of this faucet going to crash into the medicine cabinet?

We collaborate closely with our reps to specify the tiny, critical elements that make or break an installation:

• Custom tile edges (bullnose, jolly pieces, or mitered edges) so you never look at a rough, unfinished edge.

• Behind-the-wall rough-in valves for thermostatic plumbing controls.

• Exact clearances and electrical placement.

We then draft detailed design drawings and enter every item into our specification software, providing your builder with a complete roadmap, including installation guides, spec sheets, and warranty data. (In fact, our contract drawings require the general contractor to review these specs prior to ordering or giving the okay for us to order, to verify field conditions!)

The Procurement Reality: What Happens When We Order

If you choose to have us handle procurement, an entirely new layer of white-glove management kicks in. Wholesale procurement is vast, bespoke, and completely custom, which means it looks nothing like standard retail shopping.

• Custom Wholesale Pricing: Unlike off-the-shelf retail, wholesale items offer incredible customization. Requesting trade quotes requires us to review every micro-detail: quantities, custom finishes, edge profiles, and specialized components.

• Detailed Invoicing & Transparent Fees: We are a small business and while we’d love to ‘front the funds’, orders are placed once client payments are received and processed in full. We provide full trade discount transparency and pass our advantageous pricing directly to you, charging a clear, upfront procurement fee.

• Manual Tracking & Production Monitoring: Custom wholesale products are often made-to-order and take 12 to 18+ weeks in production. We don't get automatic tracking emails! Our team maintains a detailed database with automated check-ins to manually track your order through production, freighting, and shipping.

• Freight, Warehouse Inspection & White-Glove Delivery: Wholesale items don't just show up in a cardboard box on your porch. Specialized freight carriers deliver your items directly to our receiving warehouse. Each item is unboxed, thoroughly inspected for hidden freight damage or manufacturing errors, re-crated, and stored safely until your job site is ready for white-glove delivery.

• Contractor Coordination: For items delivered to local trade showrooms or will-call, we coordinate directly with your general contractor for collection and immediate inspection, ensuring clear liability, protection, and job-site accountability.
