Chautauqua Beach Residence
In 2016, this split-level home received a complete makeover with a new kitchen, hidden rooms, and the division of one large bathroom into two, to create a powder and master bath. Light and playful colors were used with hidden connections throughout. Eight years later, our clients returned for an expansion over their garage.
Our role:
515 square foot addition over garage
Complete kitchen renovation to include finish and fixture selection and cabinetry design.

Design of hidden bookshelves and space beyond to include skylight selection and placement.

Complete design of two bathrooms to include the division of one bathroom to create two.

Window treatment selections (not pictured), procurement, and installation.

Sustainable Features:
Upcycled counters, previously used as bowling alley flooring
Low-VOC paint products
Addition of skylights to implement more natural lighting
Clear-stained flooring to prevent offgassing
