This farmhouse sits in open farmland overlooking Puget Sound, creating an optimal setting for a sweet, vintage-feel farmhouse with modern functionality. Color was used freely in this home, with mixed metals and over 13 different hues chosen for paint throughout, creating a cheerful and colorful space where all colors flow together beautifully.

This project won the 2018 ARDA Award for Working Drawings

Our role:

  • Complete redesign of upstairs bedroom layout to incorporate a bathroom.

  • Renovation of downstairs layout to relocate kitchen and adjust guest bathroom size to allow guest bedroom space.

  • Color consulting throughout.

  • Complete kitchen design.

  • Complete design of two bathrooms.
