Restructuring scope to fit your budget?

Hi Zak and Kimmy,

The meeting with MRA Custom Homes last week was informative, though I imagine not surprising - their numbers aligned pretty closely with what we discussed when we started working together back in January, where our low number was in the upper $600k range without the inclusion of site work.

Here's where we are: We've been excited about your project since our first conversations in January, and we want to help you find a path forward that meets both your dreams and your budget. The original scope is compelling, but we understand that sometimes projects need creative reimagining.

What we're wondering: Have you considered restructuring the project to make it more financially feasible? We could explore options like:

  • Focusing on one residence first

  • Phasing the project

  • Identifying key elements to prioritize

If you're interested, we'd be happy to sketch out some preliminary directions that could help rightsize the project to your current budget.

Team update: Starting October 1st, Nicole joins our team as office manager! She'll be helping with project coordination and you may begin seeing her name on @waldrondesigns emails.

Please let us know soon whether to continue holding space for this project or if we should free up our schedule for other work. Let us know if you'd like to explore the scope restructuring option, or if you've decided to put this on hold.
