Alternative Contractor Estimates

• Rachel created a scope of work document for contractors to propose based on - the document may be found here, and we will link to it from your “docs” folder as well.

• Action Item: Please review the document, and comment with any suggested additions, removals, etc.

Permit Requirements

• Sean created a large packet of permit requirements, which also may be found in your “Docs” here.

  • This packet is primarily for Sean, but can also be used to give you an idea of expectations from the county and the level of development required for the submittal.

Next Steps

• Please share your Pinterest board! I find the best way to share is by copying the link. The share feature they offer doesn’t always work.

• Please provide the floor plan you’ve developed for our reference.

• Rachel & Jennifer will go to Pioneer Square to check out the space Jennifer would like to model Heights after.

• Waldron Designs will move into the Schematic Design phase.

• Waldron & Jennifer will plan to meet every other week for a touch base, as available and needed. Rachel will create a calendar link exclusively for this purpose, so Jennifer can schedule easily without a bunch of back and forth with our crazy schedules!

• Rachel & Jennifer will have a killer time at Cowboy Junkies, June 27th @ 7:30 pm
