This home was purchased with the intent of utilizing the property and site resources, understanding that the existing home will have very little remaining when all is said and done.

The home sits on the water with stunning views and our project goal is to provide a summer home for family to share with as little as two occupants, but with flexibility to provide compartmentalized space for guests and entertaining.
