Design Development Phase!
Hi Greg and Ryan!
We're excited to move forward with your project and dive into the Design Development (DD) phase! This email provides a brief overview of what to expect and next steps.
As the name suggests, DD focuses on refining and developing the design established in the Schematic Design phase. You can expect us to:
Explore various design elements: This could involve experimenting with materials for specific areas or studying different window layouts.
Enhance the overall design: We'll use a variety of tools to communicate our ideas, including inspiration imagery, diagrams, detailed drawings, and material samples.
Present and refine: Similar to Schematic Design, we anticipate multiple presentations throughout this phase to ensure we're on the same page and ready to progress.

Next Steps:
Schedule a Meeting: We'll be ready to discuss the initial DD concepts at about a 50% level on or after July 15th. Use the link at the bottom of this message (or on your portal homepage) to schedule a convenient time.
