Using Your Portal (CLICK ME)

Our goal is for this to be a very easy-to-use space for you - so please let us know if you have any challenges or do not find this page to be useful!

Bookmarks & Links

Along the top of your portal under designer info, you have links to external pages and resources. Some will be used more as the project progresses; a quick breakdown of those links and what to expect from them is here:

  • Welcome Guide: This is the same guide we shared in our first meeting, simply in digital format. It makes a great FAQ reference as needed.

  • Financial: We will send invoices out in the form of email, and you will always have a link to make payment in that email. However, if you want to check on your financial status (how much you’ve paid so far, etc), you may find this information in the link here. You will receive access information via email from our “Zoho Books” software, which will give you login information.

  • Project Forum: Every message in this forum will go to your design team’s email. You may also use the email setup specifically for your project: driggs@waldrondesigns.com. This email address will direct all emails to the forum as well as to your design team!

  • Issuances: This is currently inactive. As we begin developing technical documents, we will send “issuances” via our software, Prospecer. Once those have been sent, we will activate this link.

  • Documents: We are working on this one - it’s a new option for us! This link will bring you to a cloud folder where you should be able to upload documents, create folders, etc. If there are inspirational images or LINKS (it does allow for the sharing of links!) that you’d like to share, this is a great place to store them. We will also share any presentations and other important documents here.

Main Area

  • Updates: Your primary updates come through in the form of these “blog posts” and you are welcome to comment on these posts if you have any questions!

  • Project Timeline: We will develop dates to accompany the milestones on this timeline. Sometimes the dates need to change while we wait on outside information. We will post an update when this happens.

  • Product Approvals: (Not yet active). As we suggest products, a section will appear for this, providing you with the ability to approve or reject individual products for your space.

Rachel Waldron

Waldron Designs was founded by Rachel Waldron (that’s me!). in 2013.

I am so happy designing that it is not unusual to catch me in a giggle as I rev up to do my work. I think of my designs the way that I think of my children- each is unique and has their own personality. It is my job to nurture them and help them grow, not define them.

I got my bachelor's degree in interior design from Washington State University - a CIDA-accredited school - in 2005, immediately moved into a leadership position and have continued designing with passion.

I received my MBA in Marketing in 2012 and launched Waldron Designs in 2013. When I am not designing, you will find me enjoying my precious time with my husband and two spectacular children.
