Dogtrot Residence

Located near Island Center Forest (a 200-acre forested area in the middle of Vashon Island), this property came with an existing building which our clients dreamed of turning into their permanent residence. Since the existing building couldn’t accommodate the goals our clients had in mind, we designed a similar structure separated from the existing one by a welcoming covered entry. To celebrate the beautiful setting, we included a generous porch which not only accommodated a fire pit but a “catio” as well. In addition to being nature-lovers, our clients are animal-lovers as well and we were thrilled to provide a prospect to enjoy it all!
