We’ve made great progress this week as we move closer to submitting the permit for your project!

Sean has been coordinating with the civil engineers to confirm timelines and next steps. At the same time, Rachel has completed the lighting plan, which included simultaneous sourcing and drawing—a major milestone in the Design Development phase. She’ll now continue refining product selections to align with your overall vision.

Sean has also been finalizing the stair design and coordinating to ensure all structural details are fully integrated. Once those updates and the civil engineering work are complete, we’ll be ready to move forward with the permit submission.

Attached, you’ll find the Client Feedback Summary. With these notes in mind, please let us know whether you’re comfortable proceeding to the Construction Documents phase or would prefer we make the noted revisions before moving forward.
