What’s Included

One-Time Consultations

  • 90 Minutes On-Site: We tour your space together, evaluate your highest-priority problem areas, and brainstorm practical architectural and design solutions in real time.
  • Material & Color Guidance: Review potential material palettes or discuss paint choices (including sheen and placement) to help you visualize what works in your home's natural light.
  • A Clear Road Ahead (The Design Brief): Within 7–10 business days, we deliver a written summary of everything we covered on-site, plus a recommended scope of work and a clear design fee proposal for ongoing services if you decide to keep going.

Consultation Options and Pricing

We keep our design fees completely transparent—no hidden markups or surprises.
  • In-Home Consultation (Vashon Island): $1,000 flat fee
    Includes up to 90 minutes on-site and 1 hour of off-site follow-up documentation.
  • Extended Area (West Seattle, Port Orchard, Tacoma, Gig Harbor): $1,500 flat fee + travel time
    (Subject to ferry schedules! Additional time on-site, if available and requested, is billed at our standard principal rate of $245/hr.)

  • Virtual Consultation: $1,000 flat fee

    Includes up to 90 minutes in a Google Meet and 1 hour offline documentation/research.

How to Prepare

To help us make every minute count, we ask that you:


  1. Walk through your home with any key decision-makers and write down a prioritized list of your main goals, questions, and pain points.
  2. Send that list to us at least 24 hours before our meeting so we can focus right away on what matters most to you.
