This view was too good to dismiss. We updated with materials that tied in with the view of the water and treetops, focusing on a strong horizontal line and a neutral, relaxing color palette.
After: Soaking tub
Having a beautiful soaking tub where the homeowner could relax and take in the view was essential- and I think we hit the nail on the head with this beauty!
The shower was just large enough to stand in before the remodel. We shrunk the water closet to be just large enough for the toilet in order to expand the shower, and what a difference that made!
After: Opened up
Is there such a thing as too much of a connection to the exterior? I think not! We added one more window to allow more natural light to penetrate the space. The homeowners will never need to use the artificial lights during daylight hours in this space!
After: Surrounded in Water
The updated water has a rain head above, a handheld, and two body sprays. A linear drain provides a clean look to the shower floor. There will be no cold spots in this shower!
After: Organized storage
There's nothing more frustrating than digging through your drawers to find your brush, right? We kept cords out of the way, by creating special compartments for the homeowner's curling iron, flat iron, and hair dryer, and organized compartments to store product.
After: A sleek counter top
Melding modern styling and traditional, we introduced cabinets with a modern frameless construction with a rustic styling to the doors. The countertop was rounded and offered a jogged line with the changing cabinet depths.
