Rachel Waldron, BA, MBA, NKBA

Waldron Designs is owned and operated by Rachel Waldron (that's me!). I am so happy designing that it is not unusual to catch me in a giggle as I rev up to do my work. I think of my designs the way that I think of my children- every child is different and has their own personality. It is my job to nurture them and help them grow, but not to define them. I got my bachelor degree  in interior design from Washington State University -a CIDA accredited school- in 2005, immediately moved into a lead position, and have continued designing with passion. I received my MBA in Marketing in 2012. When I am not designing, you will find me enjoying my precious time with my husband and two young children.

Sean is a licensed architect at Miller Hull Architects and loves his job there. Recently, he expressed interest (much to my happiness!) in working with me at Waldron Designs as well- the begging must have paid off! His availability is limited, due to his full-time job. But, he is a great option for architecture on a laid back timeline!

Hannah Isbell, Office Administrator

Hannah Isbell, Office Administrator

Hannah has recently joined Waldron Designs as a virtual office administrator from Brooklyn, New York. We try regularly to recruit her to work locally, but alas, she loves New York. Hannah is Rachel’s younger sister and her incredible organization and communication skills were the perfect fit to take a load off Rachel’s plate. Right now, she is handling our scheduling and some communications, but she will likely be brought in to do more and more!

Hilton Waldron, Retired Racer

Hilton Waldron, Retired Racer

Hilton looks like a dog, but don’t let that fool you. He is most definitely a horse-cat. He is long and elegant, making him the perfect design decision for our office space. This sweet boy wants to snuggle every person he meets, and the more the merrier. Once he’s gotten his love, he will pass out in his bed for about, oh 20 hours. Hilton comes to us with a strong racing history. He is a laid-back and friendly member of the team. Hilton loves kids and adults and so far seems only to fear stairs and getting in and out of cars!

Oreo Waldron, Retired Racer

Oreo Waldron, Retired Racer

Oreo is the reason you may not see Hilton in the office much more… she’s a playful, rascal who needs constant in-and-out privileges, so she stays home and keeps Hilton company on work days, but on a short day, she may be in the office!
